They accommodated their working process to my need to keep my cat corralled in a closed room. I really can tell a difference in the house since the work was done and am very happy with the results. "They came on time, inspected the supply ducts and determined that the ducts were lined with insulation that could be damaged by the cleaning process and furthermore were not visibly dirty. It was therefore decided, in consultation with Mr. Duct, to cancel the supply duct cleaning. The exhaust grilles and ducts in the Kitchen and Bath however were severely clogged by years of use without proper cleaning and they were cleaned very satisfactorily. "
