TOTAL SYSTEM CLEANING

Low-price bait companies usually offer whole house "vent" cleanings for $100 or less. They often do not include certain components of your ventilation system, which can cost you hundreds of dollars when up-charged at the home.

Mr. Duct prides itself on honest and up-front air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning prices and service descriptions. You will always know the price of your service and what it will include before we begin, not after. The following is an overview of our air duct cleaning service.

   1.   The first thing we do when we arrive on site is remove and/or cover our shoes before entering the home.

2.     Our technicians will review the service with you through a two page National Air Duct Cleaners Association checklist so that you are familiar and comfortable with your air duct cleaning before we begin.

3.       After we’ve reviewed the condition of your ducts and explained the service, we’ll seal off all of your vents so no dirt or debris is distributed through the home during the cleaning.

4.       We will then attach a high-powered vacuum to your trunk line(s), which is the main line that connects all of your vents together. This unit is quite large, but it comes off of the truck and will remain outside of your home with our collection bag.

5.       As the vacuum runs, we will systematically remove every vent in the home and feed our specialized tool, the Viper Whip system, through every vent. The Viper Whip will collect the dirt and debris within your vents and force the materials into your trunk line(s). It is then removed from your system by the vacuum.

6.       After we have insured all dirt is removed from the vents, we will address the components of the furnace that circulate contaminants through your system. This will include your blower motor and its assembly, the coils and drain pan, the air plenum, air cleaner, and the heat exchanger. (We can also exchange the air filters for you if they are available!)

NOTE: All commercial and industrial sites will also follow the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards. However, due to varying system configurations, each job will require on-site consultations. All companies will work one-on-one with an ASCS-Certified Specialist to develop a total ventilation system cleaning. After we have visited the site, we will then develop a quote specific to the details of the job. The estimated completion time, labor requirements, and price will be listed.
