We initially used Mr. Duct to clean our air ducts in our home - they used cameras to show what our air ducts looked like before/after the cleaning. We then contacted Mr. Duct to service our A/C. We chose Mr. Duct because they don't charge extra to use a 40-ft ladder. Most HVAC companies would have charged an additional $80-100 simply because our air conditioner is on our roof.
