Develop relationships with repeat clients to generate new business and understand their interest or needs of services. The position is primary responsible for earning return business and acquiring accurate, up-to-date account records.

Assigned Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class customer service
• Develop and maintain relationships with new, existing and potential customers
• Contact repeat clients via phone, email and text messaging to update and correct records (ex. invalid emails and invalid phone numbers)
• Qualify sales inquiries and appropriately advance them to the next step in our sales cycle
• Schedule and assign on-site estimate(s) for proper project bidding
• Prepare detailed project proposals, including scope of work and completed on-site estimate
• Ensure that our customers' needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal
• Follow up with clients after project bidding
• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and clients

• Record all customer communications into Salesforce database
• “Over flow” telephone and e-mail sales inquiries
• Actively maintain a working knowledge of our services and industry
• Maintain data duplication, data cleanse, missing/ incompatible data with the mission of accurate data/ records
• Schedule & maintain lead follow ups and tasks
• Utilize Salesforce Capabilities to Maximize Productivity

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years sales experience
• Confident, assertive and quick-thinking
• Self-starter, results oriented
• High energy level
• Organized
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
